The petitioners seek bail in Kauakole P.S. Case No.283 of 2020 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The police officials intercepted the petitioners and found them carrying 30 litres of country made liquor made of mahua. The petitioners also did not show any paper with regard to the motorcycle. Petitioners are in jail since 19.08.2020. Petitioners have already remained in jail for more than five months.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and the
