ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-09-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of conviction dated 15.5.2012, by which the Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No.IV, Katihar in Criminal Appeal No.98 of 2007 upheld the conviction of the Petitioner and sentenced him to a maximum period of one year and the judgment of conviction dated 27.7.2007 passed by the S.D.J.M., Katihar in G.R. No.1201 of 2002 (Trial No.403 of 2007) arising out of Barari P.S. case No.87 of 2002. It appears that one year has long since elapsed and in all probability the Petitioner may have been released by now. If the authorities have not done so, they are directed to immediately release the Petitioner since he has already undergone the sentence imposed upon him.
