The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 208 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 504, 366(A), 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 6, 8 of the POCSO Act.

Taking into consideration that the petitioner had taken away the younger sister of his wife and his wife has given a statement against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named petitioner.
