2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 324 of 2022 dated 18.08.2022, registered for the offence punishable u/s Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018, pending in the court of learned 2nd Exclusive Special Excise Judge, Saran at Chapra.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
