The Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 504, 307 Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the Petitioners' application for anticipatory bail was earlier rejected by this Court and second application is not maintainable, the application is rejected. The Petitioners are directed to immediately surrender before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna, in connection with Barh P.S. Case No.338 of 2013, failing which strict action shall be taken against them.
