Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act, 2012 and Section 66(E) of the Information Technology Act.
The FIR was lodged on missing of the minor daughter of the informant.
The impugner order reveals that the victim in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. stated that she had voluntarily married with the son of this petitioner. Petitioner is a female.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35463 of 2019(2) dt.03-06-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with POCSO Case No. 79 of 2018 arising out of Sandesh Police Station Case No. 156 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
