2. The petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 76, 352, 351(1), 3(5) and 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are said to have assaulted the victim causing simple injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in jail since 21.04.2025 and claim clean antecedents.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VII, Darbhanga/concerned Court below in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 04 of 2025.
