Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the cognizance order dated 21.02.2011 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 370 of 2005 arising out of G.R. Case No. 3439 of 2005 whereby and whereunder the cognizance of the offences under Sections 420, 406 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code was taken against the petitioner.
