The petitioner is accused in connection with Bhairavsthan P.S. Case No. 66 of 2016 registered under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
The accusation is of recovery of one loaded country made pistol from possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 26.06.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand)
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1785 of 2017 (2) dt.19-01-2017 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, in connection with Bhairavsthan P.S.
