The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sachiwalaya P.S. Case No. 112 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that from his possession one country made pistol with live cartridge was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 18.08.2018.

Considering the period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Judge-
