JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-08-2021 Heard Mr. Subodh Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Prabhakar Jha, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 to 5 i.e. Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank. The petitioner has filed the present writ application for the following reliefs:- (i) To pay all retiral dues including remaining part of gratuity and other benefits with 18% compound interest.

(ii) To pay unpaid Terminal Benefits from 2010 to November, 2019.

(iii) To pay two Annual grade increments for 2008 & 2009 (w.e.f. 1.11.08 & 2009).

(iv) To pay 9th pay revision (fitment) pay scale

Patna High Court CWJC No.693 of 2021(3) dt.23-08-2021 2/3 which has not been paid since November, 2007. (v) Annual grade increment (stagnation in increment) due on 1.11.2008.

(vi) To not to take compounding interest over the Housing Loan, specially when the petitioner had already paid housing loan finally before 2010, amount of Rs. 2 lakhs 32 thousands against the loan of 2 lacs."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a detailed representation has been filed by the petitioner before the Chairman, Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank, Muzaffarpur which has been annexed as Annexure- 6 to the writ petition and the Respondent No. 2 i.e. Chairman, Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank, Muzaffarpur may be directed to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the Bank has got no objection. After having heard learned counsel for the parties, the respondent no. 2 / Chairman, Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank, Muzaffarpur is directed to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner annexed at Annexure - 6 to this writ petition by a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order.

Needless to say that if any amount is found payable

Patna High Court CWJC No.693 of 2021(3) dt.23-08-2021 3/3 to the petitioner, the same shall be paid by the respondents within a period of two months from the date of disposal of the representation.
