1. Heard Mr. Md. Syed Masleh Uddin Ashraf, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 3(5) of the BNS.

3. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that appointment of petitioner as nurse has been found forged and fabricated and thus the petitioner has been removed from the service.

4. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is further submitted that prior to instituting the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37619 of 2025(2) dt.18-06-2025 2/2 FIR, no explanation from the petitioner was sought. It is next submitted that had an opportunity been given to the petitioner to explain her side of the case perhaps the instant FIR would not have been instituted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No. 23 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
