The petitioners apprehend arrest in a case under sections 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code on the allegation that they along with others assaulted the prosecution side with lathi and axe.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a case and counter case and the injuries caused to the prosecution side were simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. Some of the accused persons have already been allowed anticipatory bail by order dated 26.3.2015, passed in Cr.misc.No. 12710 of 2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16778 of 2015 (2) dt.13-04-2015 In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender, let all the petitioners as mentioned above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Abhay Srivastava, JM 1st class, Sherghati, district Gaya.
