2. This appeal has been filed for setting aside order dated 20.04.2024 passed in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148 , 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3(i)(r)(s)/3(2)(v)(a) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant has been rejected.

3 . As per F.I.R. on 22.06.2023 , husband of informant was returning home after taking feast along with his friend, on the way all the accused persons including this

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.2585 of 2024(4) dt.13-11-2025 2/2 appellant assaulted and killed her husband. It is further alleged that one day prior to the occurrence , all the named accused persons threatened her husband with dire consequences and abused him by caste name .

5 . Considering the seriousness and nature of accusation and other circumstances of the case , I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order, accordingly this appeal is dismissed.
