====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-01-2021 Heard Mr. Krishna Prasad Singh, learned senior Advocate for the petitioner and Md. Aslam Ansari, learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Magadh University P. S. Case No. 11 of 2020, dated 26.01.2020, instituted for offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though the F.I.R. is against unknown but the petitioner appears to have been identified by the informant in the Test Identification Parade. One of the accused persons of this case who has been arrested

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36023 of 2020(2) dt.27-01-2021 2/2 along with the looted pick-up van has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court.

The petitioner is stated to be in custody since 17.02.2020 and no other case has been reported against him till date.

Considering the period of custody and the accusation against him, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. - IX, Gaya, in connection with Magadh University P. S. Case No. 11 of 2020.

The petition stands allowed.
