The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 219 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. One Abdul Khalid Alam was appearing in B.A. Part-II examination on 03.05.2014 in place of the petitioner Md. Irshad Alam bearing Roll No. Naw 234214111014. It was the petitioner who set up Abdul Khalid Alam to appear at the examination. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
