The petitioner seeks bail in Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 504 of 2017, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 354(B), 379, 337 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in the instant case because of old enmity. It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence, the petitioner along with other accused abused the informant and told her to compromise the case. The informant did not agree then petitioner caught hold her breast with mala fide intention and another accused assaulted her with brick bats and started pulling her saree.

It is mentioned in paragraph-7 of the bail petition

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37698 of 2019(2) dt.21-06-2019 2/2 that informant and petitioner are Samdhi Samdhan and they have been on litigating term from before.

Petitioner is in custody since 11.2.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 504 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
