Patna High Court CWJC No.10177 of 2022(2) dt.22-07-2022 2/3 commanding the respondents particularly the Respondent no. 7 for conducting enquiry for the corrupt practice adopted by officers and officials for money making and for taking appropriate action for such conduct in the interest of public for the betterment of educational atmosphere.

II. For direction upon the Respondent no. 2 & 3 for taking appropriate actions for stopping corruption, from admission to examination in professional courses in respondent university.

III. For any other relief/reliefs which deem necessary to be passed in the Interest of the Public at Large."

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we are of the considered view that the petition only merits rejection for we find that the petitioner's request was considered and petitioner communicated vide communication dated 08.01.2022. Para-6 and 7 of the said communication (page-36) appears to justify the action taken by the respondent. The shortage of attendance on account of unavoidable circumstances was marked by holding of special classes before the final examination.
