Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 447, 448 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner allegedly caused injury at the head with farsa.

Submission is that there is case and counter and the Doctor has found simple injury.

Since the petitioner had knowledge that his act might cause death, I am not inclined to enlarge him on anticipatory bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 37 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran/successor Court.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48351 of 2021(2) dt.21-12-2021 2/2 Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail is refused. Petitioner is directed to surrender within a period of two weeks and pray for regular bail.
