Petitioner is in custody in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 25 of 2013 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act and 17 of C.L.A. Act. 3.

It is alleged that while informant along with others were sleeping at the sit, 5-6 unknown persons came there with arms and assaulted one Susanto Baijnath.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. On the confessional statement of one, Rajendra Yadav and Sridhar Pathak, who have already been granted bail by the High Court in Cr. Misc. No. 21583 of 2014 and 39798 of 2014, this petitioner has been taken into custody. 5.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1728 of 2017 (2) dt.18-01-2017 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, in connection with Goh P.S.
