2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 25.02.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 66409 of 2018 by adding alias name of petitioner no. 2 herein i.e. "Navee Hussain Ansari", which was missed to be typed in the anticipatory bail petition (Cr. Misc. No. 66409 of 2018) and carried accordingly in the order dated 25.02.2019 granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners therein. It is also stated that the petitioner no. 1, Subhash Bhar could not surrender and furnish bail bonds within the stipulated time as he was

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34753 of 2019(2) dt.19-06-2019 2/2 working in Punjab as a labourer. A prayer has been made for grant of further two weeks' time to the petitioners to surrender before the learned trial Court in connection with Trial No. 2069/2018, arising out of I.F. Case No. 28/2006.

3. Owing to the extenuating circumstances as described in the modification petition, the order dated 25.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66409 of 2018 is modified only to the extent indicated below -- i) The name of petitioner no. 2 herein be read as "Lahar Mian @ Navee Hussain Ansari, son of Kayamat Mian" (ii) The time granted for surrender before the learned Court below by petitioner nos. 1 and 2 herein is extended by further three weeks from today.

4. The modification petition stands allowed.
