In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 13 of 2016 for offences under sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner had earlier moved before this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 8074 of 2016 and this Court, vide order dated 19.04.2016, had rejected the same with liberty to renew the prayer for bail after one year of jail-custody.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 04.02.2016.

Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5319 of 2017 (2) dt.08-02-2017 Pankaj Singh, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Sheikhpura in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 13 of 2016.
