2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 4630 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)1/26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner was found in his house with one country made pistol and one cartridge.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2022, the petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody, this

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-II, Bhagalpur/ concerned Court below in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 420 of 2022.

8. The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Sultanjganj Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
