2. This application has been filed for quashing the notice dated 11.05.2023 issued by the Circle Officer, Turkaulia, East Champaran.

3. The petitioner is directed to file his reply to the show cause notice and participate in the proceeding.

4. The authorities will proceed in the case in accordance with law and dispose of the same after hearing all the parties.

5. During pendency of this application, the possession of the petitioner shall not be disturbed by the respondent/s.

6. In case, any order is passed against the petitioner, the petitioner's possession shall not be disturbed for further 30 days from the date of final order so that the petitioner gets time to prefer an appeal and file a stay application.
