JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 19-07-2017 The civil review application has been filed for modification of the judgment and order passed in C.W.J.C.No, 24122/2013 to the extent that the petitioner has been permitted to raise a claim for additional area lying adjacent to his plot. It is submitted by Dr. Amitesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, that the petitioner while raising his claim for allotment of a plot does not press his claim for allotment of the additional area lying adjacent to the plot in question. Having heard Dr. Amitesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is of the opinion that there is no requirement for modification of the order passed on the writ

Patna High Court C. REV. No.342 of 2016 (4) dt.19-07-2017 petition and if the petitioner is not interested in claiming additional area lying adjacent to the plot in question, it is for him not to press the same before the authority.
