ii). For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus for commanding and directing the respondent authorities concerned to dispose off the representation filed by the petitioner with reasoned and speaking order, but the same is still pending."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the Circle Officer, Zeeradei, DistrictSiwan for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
