JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a complaint case filed with accusation under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the accused persons snatched twenty four thousand rupees from the complainant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that father of the petitioner filed Complaint Case No. 1835 of 2013 on 14.7.2013 making accusation under sections 323,354,379 and 504/34 IPC against informant side, thereafter on 1.2.2014 the present complaint has been filed. It is further submitted that in the complaint filed by the father of the petitioner cognizance has been taken against the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14732 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 present complainant.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. Ist Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 335 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
