The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kochandhaman P.S. Case No. 69 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is innocent and has falsely been made accused in the instant case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36450 of 2019(3) dt.25-06-2019 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Kishanganj in connection with Kochandhaman P.S. Case No. 69 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
