The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016.

The petitioner is an accused in Mirganj P.S. Case No. 113 of 2017 and P.S. Case No.283 of 2017 under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is also an accused in Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 235 of 2018 and Mirganj P.S. Case No. 272 of 2018 under section 30 (a) of the Excise Act. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Mirganj

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35533 of 2019(3) dt.07-08-2019 2/2 P.S. Case No. 82 of 2019 from the Court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Gopalganj.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
