Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No. 124 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a), 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners as is evident from the seizure lists. Petitioners are men of clean antecedent.

No.48600 of 2021(2) dt.25-03-2022 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Siwan in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No. 124 of 2021 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
