Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with a complaint case registered for the offence under Sections 323, 147, 354, 380, 452, 341 and 342 of the Penal Code. It is submitted on their behalf that the present complaint has been filed in retaliation to the three First Information Report lodged by Petitioner No. 1 detailed in Paragraph 8 of the present application. It is also submitted that the petitioners'

Let the petitioners, named above, surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below and thereafter be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Dalasing Sarai in connection with Complaint Case No. 75/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
