Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.
Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 448, 323, 325, 354, 504 and 506 of the Penal Code. It is submitted on their behalf that another case was also lodged by the petitioners against the prosecution party of the present case in which the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33362 of 2014 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 prosecution party of the present case have already been allowed bail in the event of arrest by this Court.
Let the petitioners, named above, surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below and if they have no criminal antecedent, they be also released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 163 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
