Pappu Mahto is the sole assailant of the deceased Ajay by means of firing. So far as the appellant is concerned, it has been alleged that he along with others had assaulted Sheela Kumari by means of lathi, fists, slaps and leg. The order impugned also suggests like so.
Accordingly, setting aside the order dated 15.11.2016 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Nawada in B.P. No. 1029/2016/43/2016, appellant Chhotu Mahto @ Shashi Ranjan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.248 of 2017 (3) dt.28-03-2017 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 201/2016.
