JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is wife of one Prabhakar Kumar, who is alleged to have converted the thumb impression of his mother to execute the sale deed in her favour.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no allegation that this petitioner has manoeuvred the thumb impression. He further submits that husband of the petitioner has already been granted bail by order dated 13.03.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10546 of 2015.

In the circumstances, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16851 of 2015 (2) dt.13-04-2015 2 / 2 above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case no. 684 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
