JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-02-2017 Prayer is for modification of order dated 22.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.49885 of 2016, whereby petitioner Tej Bali Mishra was allowed regular bail by this Court only after completion of nine months in custody with effect from 28.07.2016 i.e., the date of initial custody.

Prayer for modification is on the ground that now the petitioner is ready to refund the money to the complainant, hence, the petitioner be released provisionally to facilitate the petitioner to make payment to the complainant.
