Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. He is said to have shot at the informant. Injury Report (Annexure-5) indicates that soon after the occurrence injured was removed to the hospital. In the circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail in the event of arrest to the petitioner. He is, however, directed to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33546 of 2014 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 125/2014, court below shall consider his prayer for grant of bail in the light of previous enmity with the informant vide First Information Report (Annexure-2) and the Injury Report (Annexure-3) in accordance with law.
