JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419,420,467,468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against the petitioner that the petitioner being Ayurvedic doctor, used to prescribe allopathic medicines. Considering the nature of accusation and the statement made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM,
