Supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioners. Let it be kept on the record.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners seek bail in Suryapura P.S. Case No. 58 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 379/34 of Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the instant case is counter blast of case lodged by daughter of Jwala Singh against the informant and others. In the written report there is no allegation of

It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence petitioners along with other accused persons assaulted the informant causing injury to him. Injury report has been enclosed as Annexure-3 wherein the Doctor has found contusion and swelling on the person of the injured and opinion was kept reserved. Final opinion has been enclosed as Annexure-4 of the supplementary affidavit wherein the Doctor has found the injury to be simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance.

Petitioners are in custody since 17.4.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas, in connection with Suryapura P.S.
