JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 03-05-2017 In view of the final decision having already taken by the District Magistrate-cum-Licensing Authority, Patna, vide order dated 09.07.2016, appended as Annexure-D to the show cause filed on behalf of the Opposite Party No.3, once again rejecting the application of the petitioner for grant of arms licence, in my opinion, the present M.J.C. application cannot continue and, accordingly, the same is dropped.

However, the petitioner, if so advised, would be at liberty to assail the order dated 09.07.2016, appended as Annexure-D to the show cause affidavit, before the appropriate court/ forum.
