JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 05-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

In the present case, petitioner has raised a grievance that against the order of the appellate authority he has filed revision application before the Divisional Commissioner, Saharsa vide Supply Revision Case No.143 of 2015. The case has not been disposed of and time to time the case is being adjourned. Some irregularities were found in running the PDS shop on that account a show cause was issued to the petitioner. The reply did not satisfy the Sub Divisional Officer who has passed the order of cancellation of the licence of the petitioner. The appellate authority has also

Patna High Court CWJC No.4701 of 2016 (2) dt.05-05-2017 rejected the appeal. Revision application has been filed which is pending for consideration.

In such view of the matter, this Court directs the revisional authority to dispose of the revision application within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation this writ petition is disposed of.
