The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 84 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. No recovery has been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case.
