2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 46 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 186, 353, 332, 333, 504, 506, 189, 190, 224, 225 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 04.09.2022.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid fact and also considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad (Bihar), in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 46 of 2021.

7. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance in Deo Police Station, on 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month, failing which, his bail bonds shall be cancelled by the court below.

8. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad for its compliance forthwith.
