2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 111 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 307 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with other accused persons took contract for killing the victim and it is further alleged that the victim was shot by the coaccused.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 27.03.2025.

5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
