The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are the brothers-in-law of the deceased. The informant named the petitioners along with other family members of the petitioners for the death of the wife of Munna Thakur. The husband of the deceased Munna Thakur has already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7179/2014. The other in-laws of the deceased have also been enlarged on anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, are directed to be enlarged

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16895 of 2015 (2) dt.06-05-2015 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Sangeeta Rani, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Motihari in Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 306 of 2012, corresponding to G.R. No. 7416/12 and Trial No. 1981/14, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
