2. Petitioner seeks bail, who is in custody since 20.01.2026, in connection with Nalanda Cyber P.S. Case No. 22 of 2026, F.I.R. dated 20.01.2026 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 340(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 66 (D) of the I.T. Act, 2020.

3. The case relates to recovery of mobile, platinum card of Baroda Bank and cash of Rs. 30,000/- and on verification it was found that in the profile, the accused petitioner has installed the Logo of Bajaj Finance Limited through the Whatsapp.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he has been falsely implicated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38114 of 2026(2) dt.18-06-2026 2/2 in the present case. He further submits that the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R. is false and fabricated and the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. and he has been made accused in the present case merely on the basis of suspicion.

Learned APP for the State, on the other hand, vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that during search a number of Mobile Phone, Platinum Card and cash of Rs. 30,000/- and on verification it has been found that in the profile, the petitioner has installed the Logo of Bajaj Finance Limited through the Whatsapp and the petitioner has demanding papers for the loan and thereafter the petitioner has cheated the persons.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Nalanda Cyber P.S. Case No. 22 of 2026 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif, Nalanda.

7. Prayer is refused.
