Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dighalbank P.S. Case No. 57 of 2016 registered under Sections- 489A, 489B, 489 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that on secret information petitioner was found in possession of 99 notes of rupees one thousand denomination. Forensic Science Laboratory's report is available in the case diary wherein it has been mentioned that all the 99 notes were not genuine Indian currency notes and they were counterfeit notes. Petitioner has been apprehended on basis of the secret information received in the SSB camp. Keeping in view the serious nature of allegations, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this

Petitioner is given liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months if there is no substantial progress in the trial.
