2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajepur P. S. Case No. 43 of 2023 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that informant took her daughter to the clinic of this petitioner where he gave wrong injection to the daughter of informant as a result of which she died.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is neither doctor nor he runs any clinic. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence and he has been made accused only on suspicion. Subsequently, after coming to know about the truth, a joint compromise petition has already been

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the fact the matter has amicably been settled and joint compromise petition has already been filed, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Rajepur P.
