The State of Bihar & Ors.) and its analogous cases also reported in 2017 (2) PLJR 896, now the writ petition has been rendered infructuous as the notifications issued by the State Government have already been quashed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Saran Zila Mukhiya Sangh (Supra).
