The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the informant and his uncle by means of garasa katta, danda, due to which they sustained injuries. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 26.03.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is a case and counter case between the parties. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baxar in connection with Nawanagar P.S. case No.101 of 2018.
