JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 07-08-2017 Seeking exception to an order dated 18.04.2016 passed by the Writ Court in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 6127 of 2011, this appeal has been filed.

In the Writ Petition, challenge was made to a departmental proceeding initiated against the petitioner. The departmental proceeding was initiated in the year 2010 and finding no case for interference, the writ petition has been dismissed in the year

Patna High Court LPA No.1560 of 2016 dt.07-08-2017 2/2 2016 granting liberty to the petitioner to raise additional ground by filing appropriate application. The order passed by the Writ Court is reasonable and we see no reason to take a different view into the matter.

Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed.
